Word Bomb, free and nothing to download
Word Bomb mixes hot potato with a vocabulary game. When you light the fuse, a category and a letter appear: say a word from that category that contains the letter and pass the phone to the next person. Nobody knows how long the fuse lasts, and whoever is holding it when it blows up loses the round.
Tips and variations
- Ban repeating any word said during the whole game, not just the round.
- Add players so the game keeps count of everyone's explosions.
- If someone questions a word, the group votes before the fuse goes on.
