Parchís, free and nothing to download
Parchís is Spain's classic take on ludo, ready to play three ways: with one phone in the middle of the table passing turns, against the phone itself, which plays any colors you like, or each on your own phone, by creating a room and sharing the link even if you're far apart. Roll a 5 to get out, capture to count 20, get a piece home to count 10, and a 6 means you roll again. The game applies the rules for you: it highlights the pieces you can move, respects safe squares and blockades, and punishes three 6s in a row. On a single phone the game is saved so you can finish it another day.
Tips and variations
- Don't leave pieces alone a few squares away from an opponent: look for the safe squares, marked with a circle.
- A blockade in an opponent's path makes them wait, but if you roll a 6 you'll have to open it.
- Keep a piece close to home: the 20 or 10 bonus lets you finish off the move.
